Returns, Refunds & Damage Policy

Returns & Eligibility

At BhavyaHome, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video as proof.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories intact

Customized, made-to-order, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.


Damage During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Share images and unboxing video

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


Refunds & Replacements

Once approved, BhavyaHome may:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund/store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

BhavyaHome reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
