Orders, Cancellations & COD Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Bhavya Home reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select products and locations.

Bhavya Home reserves the right to limit or disable COD based on order history or location.

Customers opting for COD must ensure:

  • Availability to receive the order
  • Accurate contact details

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions.

For high-value orders, partial or full prepaid confirmation may be required.
